​We deliver nationwide across South Africa using third-party couriers.

​Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

​Sensory Spectrum Solutions is not liable for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist in tracking your parcel where possible.

 

​3. Returns and Refunds

​Change of Mind: You may return unused, unopened stationery or sensory toys in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery at your own shipping cost.

​Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

​Due to hygiene reasons, certain sensory items (e.g., chewables or oral motor tools) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
